• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
• You agree to use the system only for lawful business purposes.
• Unauthorized access, misuse, or abuse of the system is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for all data entered into the system.

4. Mobile & Device Access

Our systems can be accessed via mobile phones, tablets, and computers. CatiLabz is not responsible for issues caused by user devices, internet connections, or third-party services.

5. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

• Fees must be paid as agreed in your plan or invoice.
• Late or unpaid accounts may result in suspension of services.
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

6. Data Ownership

• All business data entered into the system belongs to the user/company.
• CatiLabz does not claim ownership of your business data.
• Users are responsible for exporting or backing up their data if required.

7. System Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

CatiLabz is not liable for losses caused by downtime beyond reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

CatiLabz shall not be liable for:

• Business losses or missed profits
• Data loss caused by user actions
• Third-party service failures
• Indirect or consequential damages

Use of our systems is at your own risk.

9. Termination

CatiLabz reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Illegal activities are detected
• Payments remain unpaid
